Please note that online booking is available for your first visit only. Afterward, our front desk will manage future appointments. For appointment changes, updates or cancellations, please call 403-783-3481 or email us. If you contact us outside regular hours, leave a message, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

You can continue to check our online booking for appointment availability by visit type and contact the office directly to book your appointment.

After booking your first visit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our intake form. Please complete it before your appointment or arrive 20 minutes early to fill it out before your appointment time in-office.

Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows within 24 hours may result in a full appointment charge. Please contact the office directly to make any appointment changes. Your time slot has been specially booked for you, so please understand that this policy is in place to respect the scheduling of all practice members who have appointments booked, as well as other current and future practice members trying to book.

Our team here at Ponoka Family Chiropractic strives for correction, health, wellness, and vitality.

Here at PFC, we work with your nervous system by analyzing your spine for any areas of dysfunction, then provide gentle, specific Chiropractic adjustments to remove any nerve interference related to the brain-body connection. After all, every single one of the systems in the human body depend on the optimal function of the brain and nervous system. In our practice, we conduct nervous system assessments and neurological examinations for our practice members which include measuring heart rate variability, organ and gland control, muscle tone, and balance in conjunction with routine Chiropractic adjustments.

Chiropractic is based on an natural, inside-out approach, meaning we help facilitate your ability to heal when your nervous system is activated and functioning at its best.

Dr. Kurtis Fischer B.Sc Chiro, D.C.

Dr. Kurtis and his partner Paige opened Ponoka Family Chiropractic as a family practice together in 2021. Dr. Kurtis sees a variety of needs & ages - prenatal, postnatal, newborns, children, adults, and seniors.

At our practice, we prioritize nervous system assessments and neurological examinations for our practice members. From measuring heart rate variability to assessing organ and gland control, muscle tone, and balance, we tailor chiropractic care to each individual’s needs.

Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to lead stronger, healthier lives, Dr. Kurtis is dedicated to helping each person reach their full potential through chiropractic care.

Originally from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Dr. Kurtis is a graduate of the world-renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic. His professional journey has taken him from New Zealand to Edmonton, High Level, Port Coquitlam, BC and now here in Ponoka serving the community.

Dr. Jacy Rainer D.C.

Dr. Jacy brings a profound dedication to pre-natal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to serve the Ponoka community and surrounding areas.

At our practice, we prioritize nervous system assessments and neurological examinations for our practice members. From measuring heart rate variability to assessing organ and gland control, muscle tone, and balance, we tailor chiropractic care to each individual’s needs.

Outside of the practice, In Dr. Jacy’s spare time you can find her exploring the river valley, adventuring around our rural Alberta towns and farms, gardening or enjoying the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and lakes with her with her family and friends!

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Jacy is a alumna of Life West Chiropractic College. With practice experience spanning California to Edmonton and now Ponoka, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She is also a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Websters technique.
